what a nice place the perfect size!!! And our dog loved it, we even seen several deer, and at the end of the road there is a nice little park. and a shot walk to the beach.

What a great experience! My son and his girlfriend spent a few days down in Rockaway Beach at Eli's place and had a great time. They loved the place! I spoke with Eli and he couldn't have been more helpful. Highly, highly recommend!

Seal cottage was homey and comfortable. The layout was perfect for our needs. It was a peaceful place to rest after a long day of adventures! We will be back the next time we visit this part of the coast.

Stayed in the seal cottage for what was supposed to be two nights and ended up turning into three because we had such a great time. Eli was quick to help us add an extended day to our itinerary and even offered us a discount on the normal rate.Highly recommend working with these guys.

We had a great stay at this airbnb. Close walk to the beach. The room was clean, water pressure good, instructions simple, bed comfortable. I have sleep issues and am easily disturbed by noise, but it was nice and quiet. The little sound machine was a nice touch as well.

Great place, nice and cozy. In walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Space was really clean and had all the amenities I needed. Even a couple dog bowls which was a nice little touch!

Exceptional stay! Very comfortable, clean and well equipped kitchen. The host Eli and co host were super responsive, gave check in instructions with clarity before arrival which made everything easy and smooth. Additionally, the host kept communication open and occasionally checked to find out if we needed any further assistance during our entire stay. We're incredibly grateful for that!!! Overall, great value and highly recommend!
