Our five nights at Jason's place were great. The place was well-equipped for us to cook our meals and it was clean throughout. The beach is right there with easy access and our dog loved that. We walked into Rockaway Beach twice, just 25 minutes on foot. We had a couple dry days and a couple with rain. No matter the weather it's a great spot to relax.

We were looking for a place right on the beach and this fit the bill perfectly! The kitchen was well outfitted so we could cook ourselves and not have to go out to eat. Two big rooms were just as they were described with comfortable beds. It was also nice having two bathrooms with a shower in each. We would definitely rent this place again if going to Rockaway Beach!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. The trail leading to a beautiful beach was our dogs’ favorite part of the trip. We love Rockaway and would love to stay here again.

cozy clean house! great and quiet location. hearing the waves at night, the beautiful view from the house, and strolls on the coastline made our stay wonderful! hope to be back.

This is a fantastic spot for a small family or 2 couples. Although it is small there are 2 bathrooms and plenty of seating. The thing that makes this place so special is the location. The beach is just steps away from the front door. Bring some beach chairs and enjoy your morning coffee watching waves.

Truly a magical Airbnb. It was the perfect location right on the beach and the dogs absolutely LOVED IT! Will DEFINITELY be coming back. The hosts were so helpful when needed assistance and were always so responsive. Thank you!!!!

Charming beach bungalow! Direct beach access, beautiful view. Peaceful and private. They recommended Sand Dollar Restaurant & Lounge, we had a lovely meal there with excellent service. Bedding was comfortable. They were very responsive to our questions. I will keep this one on my list for a return trip!
