You cannot beat the location.... right on the beach. The house was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Overall just a great place and a great location.

I love this home! It’s possibly my favorite stay I’ve ever had. We had the most wonderful vacation here. The house was beautiful and the location was stunning. The beach access was amazing and we were able to walk the beach multiple times a day everyday. The hot tub was a great addition for morning soaks. We will definitely stay here again!

We chose the Sea Eyre because our out-of-town ex-Oregonian relatives wanted to sit on a porch, relax, and watch the waves roll in. The Sea Eyre delivered that and so much more. The floor to ceiling windows on the main floor invite you to sit on one of the Adirondack chairs, read, chat, relax, or follow one of the short pathways through the seagrass onto the shore itself. Our dog romped through the waves, chased the Frisbee, and tasted salty seawater for the first time! The kitchen had every utensil, dish, bowl, pot, pan, knife you might ever need, and the view out to the ocean from the kitchen island was beautiful and ever-changing. With comfy beds, spacious, beautifully appointed bathrooms, luscious towels, and a generous gathering room, the Sea Eyre had everything the four of us adults needed for a perfect mid-week stay in Rockaway! Our thanks to Katie and Emily for their hospitality and flexibility when we decided to add a day to our visit. We’ll be back!

What a great house and a great host. Emily was fantastic. The place was fantastic, near new. Furniture was fantastic. Clean. Great new bathrooms. The views and access to the beach is so nice. All the amenities you need were supplied. Will be returning.

The views of the ocean are amazing from this house. The house is beautiful, modern, uncluttered and clean but the view and ability to walk straight out to the beach is the best reason to stay. Plenty of room for the family.

What an amazing spot! The pictures accurately showcase the place and location, but almost don't do it justice, it's stellar. It's a thoughtfully appointed and cozy interior with very nice design touches. Walking straight out to the beach is the ultimate selling point if one can assume you are there for the beach :)! Sunsets on the small bluff or from the patio were fantastic. Doing a puzzle, playing games or vegging with the TV on were all enhanced in this peaceful, beautiful spot. Hot tub in the AM after a run or in the evening with a glass of wine, you can't go wrong. Peaceful, tranquil, quiet. A perfect place to recharge! I'll be back!
